Busy, Busy, Busy...

Happy Thursday, everyone!  I know it is unusual to see a blog from us on a Thursday but we have been so busy with our schedules and activities.  So much has happened! First, I went to the New Jersey Children's Museum with my cousin, Keira.  Henry was unable to attend due to his overall sleepiness and disinterest  in  "things".
I like to think of life as being interested in me.
You would, Henry.
Anyway, we had so much fun.  We played princesses, doctors, firefighters and ballerinas.  Also, there was a GIANT lite brite I found to be the greatest thing in the world (besides the fire truck, of course).  Then my Aunt Megan came to visit.  She is my mom's and my best friend.  Why does everyone have to go back to Texas?  There must be lots of cupcakes and ice cream in Texas.
Given the choice between cupcakes and ice cream, which would you prefer, Maggie?
They are both fantastic.  Just you wait.  Whichever I am eating is the best.
My turn.  I finally have news!  I took a bath.  After all the anticipation, it was awful.  It was cold and wet and lonely.  I was given no toys and frankly, I have seen Maggie bathe and it is a different experience.  I am not sure why I couldn't have bubbles?
You're too wee, Henry. Gosh.
Maggie's turn!  We have really done so much over the past few weeks.  I put on a music show, I watched the Texas Longhorns beat Oklahoma and various other teams, I ate bright blue ice cream that stained my face for days and I played in the rain.  But my favorite event has been visiting the fire station.  Before we went, my mom and I baked the firefighters brownies.  I got to lick the spoon.  Then my mom took me to meet all the firemen.  They gave me my own fire hat!  Firefighter Jason was my favorite.  He held my hand and let me wear his gloves, boots and hat.  I also held his flashlight.  He let me sit in a real fire truck and play with all of the buttons.  When I left, they gave me a goodie bag and they even gave me one for Henry.
Excuse me, where is my goodie bag?
You can't play with anything, Henry!  So I took it.
Understandable.
Well, it is way past our bed time and I must pick out books to read before my mom picks out really short ones.  Good night!  Until next time...
